::It was the worst four star hotel I have ever seen. The room has very old furniture the mattress are dirty. I will not select this hotel in future.

::Very bad experience. Dirty hallways. hair in the bathtub. very strong smoking smell. No towels in the suit. There is a kitchen with absolutely no kitchenware! cigarette burn signs on the sofa. Very old and damaged furniture. The phone was broken and they sent someone to fix it! We had to ask for every single thing. They say the hotel had swimming pool and sauna and jacuzzi but none of them worked! They also said they had room service but they only bring tea! Wi fi didn’t connect to the laptops. only phones and you couldn’t connect your VPN (which is necessary in Iran). Breakfast was really bad. some local dishes with very low quality. Sausage with fish taste, supwr oily Samosa and so on. They were cold too. Very uncomfortable mattress and pillows. The hotel isn’t cheap and this service is totally outrageous. I reported everything to the manager and they apologized but what’s the use? We paid for 2 nights but checked out after the first night. terrible experience. I give 1 star only for the kindness of the staff and the chocolate cake!

::This is one of the worst 4 Star hotels in Mashhad and in Iran. It was a sad experience all in all. When we arrived we really liked the lobby. The employees where really nice and polite. I loved it. But everything started with the rooms. 1. Room: the seats had burning holes of cigarettes and everything was smelling of Cigarettes. The duvets were dusty. I directly started sneezing. Wall dirty and blacked out, the shower was nasty so that I didn't took a shower in it. After going back and asking the employees to change of the room, he politely accepted it. 2. Room: same issues. But not smelling. He brought us clean bedsheets and we slept. Since everything else was as nasty as first room the next day the other employee showed us 4 other rooms. 3. Room: We accepted to stay in one of them. Also because we had no choice and leaving was not on the plan. This room was ok. But by far not 4 stars. We stood there but never felt good about it. Other hotels were way better. The lobby is great. The breakfast is also very hygiene and tasty. Very diverse and nice. The employees are way too good for this hotel. It all does not match up. After the talks with the employees, we could see that they were ashamed of the situation. I felt really sorry for them.

::When I went to the hotel, I didn't have any idea that it would be a good which included neat rooms. Also, I had a memorable breakfast however I think there was a limited variety of breakfast items but it was good for me. In the evening I ordered a cup of Americano and a slice of cake that was so good and fresh. As it seems the staff are respectful.

The courtyard of the hotel is very spacious. The entrance of the hotel is not suitable for carrying luggage and the luggage is not carried by the hotel staff on a routine basis
