::Hello. I stayed at this hotel for one night. The rooms are comfortable. The restaurant inside the hotel prepares excellent food. The reception staff is very polite. May Allah bless them. The hotel staff member who speaks in the Turkish dialect is a wonderful person.

::Good local access and downtown.

::Attention Visitors: Never Stay at This Hotel! Our stay at this hotel was purely out of necessity, as we couldn’t find another hotel in Karaj. However, our experience here proved that staying was a huge mistake First and foremost, the cleanliness standards are virtually nonexistent. The rooms are unhygienic, the bathroom drain was clogged, and instead of fixing the issue, the hotel management chose to blame us. The hotel staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. Rather than prioritizing guest satisfaction, they manipulated us into feeling guilty instead of apologizing for the problems. The check-out process was an absolute disaster—they made a huge fuss over a used towel being dirty and delayed our check-out for a full hour because of it. The breakfast was one of the worst and most careless I have ever seen. This hotel completely contradicts Iran’s tradition of hospitality and commitment to quality service I strongly advise against staying at this hotel, as it does not reflect the warmth and hospitality that Iran and its people are known for. I also believe that authorities should conduct stricter inspections to ensure that visitors receive the quality of service they deserve.

::Well, it was such an awful experience, and I believe all these reviewers, who didn't write honestly or didn't know what an expensive 3-star hotel should look like, are to blame. Let me start with the location of the hotel. It's well-connected and it's near the center of the city. However, those who don't like heavy traffics or hate a million of streets with no entry signs should really consider somewhere else. The parking is simply terrible. Each room DOES NOT have a dedicated parking spot, and if you're late, you have to park outside! The staff were totally unprofessional. There were signs everywhere that all guests should wear masks at all times, but the receptionist wasn't wearing one. Also, I had to take our luggage up the stairs from the parking myself. Talking about the room, I paid 645.000 Toman ($23) for their best one, which is the thing that's bothering me. All these drawbacks could have been forgotten if we paid half of this amount. Considering the quality of the room and the services they offer, their price is ridiculously expensive. With this price, here in Iran, you could easily book a high level 4-star hotel. Our room was clean but I could even hear the breathing of the next room guests. I believe it is the noisiest hotel I've ever been to. The rooms are not soundproof and you can hear everything. The breakfast was also limited and by even including tea and bread, there were only 8 or 9 items in total. To sum up, please when you're writing a review, be precise, and at least include those details that you care about. Hotels should learn to respect their guests, and I'm sure by thoughtful and honest reviews it's going to happen.

::I visit this hotel every time I pass through Karaj. Management and staff are very friendly and attentive and the food quality is great. Ambiance and hotel room quality is also noteworthy. I travel through Tehran and Esfehan and I have stayed in many different hotels throughout the years. The Amir Kabir hotel is equally comparable to the best hotels in Iran.
