::Rooms were not cleaned even when we asked them to do that. We waited 2 hours for new towels and when I got to the reception the girl was playing on her phone. While checking out they tried to charge us money for drinking something from the minibar which was not true. I do not recommend this place to anyway since there are far better hotels in Shiraz

::Clean rooms with a very small parking place. you have to leave your car key at the recept. Crew are nice, be carefull about the items inside the refeigrator

::This is NOT a nice hotel and I would not recommand it. Our room had only foriegn toilet and there was no chair in the room to sit on. The quality of everything in the hotel was quite poor and the receptionist was not very welcoming. There are better and cheaper hotels in Shiraz and I suggest you choose another one.

::staff are friendly, quality and cleanliness of rooms are really great related to its price. They also have hubble bubble in their coffeeshops, there are 2 coffee shops one in GF and other in basement. It owns a relatively small parking (limited space) maybe for 15 cars. Its location is fantatic, you may reach all historical buildings and gardens just in 15 minutes (MAX, let's say) by car.

::Nice clean rooms, helpful staff with some English vocabulary well placed for bus and taxi's always available. Though needs to place a small travel kettle on room, shower and bathroom clean. I would recommend for visit if your on a budget.
