  It is some hotel apartment inside an avenue that does not meet the tourism requirements and the service is very low like the owner only wants your money by abusing your urgency to find a residence when the city is crowded. Prices are changing daily and this by itself doesn't meet the standards. Only if there's no other options left for me I'll just stay for a night or two till I find another decent place.

  I won't never ever go there again. Service and bill are not equal. Camping in a tent is more reasonable
