::We (Ghafourian Family) stayed here for our first vacation to Mashhad after years and it was quite an enjoyable experience. Great service and kind staff, clean rooms and interiors and awesome food are only a few of the great features of this hotel! Its one of the best hotels you can find for your money's worth.

::Hello Everyone! I was staying in this hotel for 6 nights. To make story short: As I was treated bad by the personal, I will describe every single detail. 1) The stuff in cafeteria will rip you off for not knowing their language and they will make fun of you. 2) I found a huge needle in my pillow, thanks God it didn't poke my head or eyes😢. I complained about this to the reception. They just said sorry with a poker face😑. 3) They asked us to check out and leave, because they found someone else for our room. The problem is that it was the same day notice. So I had to quickly pack up and find another hotel😤. 4) The staff doesn't speak English at all. Only one lady barely speaks🙄. 5) Slippers were dirty🤢. 6) The soap is from another hotel🫢. 7) Toilet seat was broken. 8) Tap on the sink had a lot of calcium buildup. 9) Bed had some minor stains. 10) Tried to call the reception thru the phone in the room. They hung up on me every time for speaking English. Honestly, I wouldn't rate them even with a one star. Think twice before choosing this hotel.

::Since they mentioned them as a 3 star hotel they deserved 5 stars but there are some serious issues that need to be fixed 1- 200 MB will be provided per room and it doesn’t matter how long is your stay is 😳 2- They are charging 15% extra just to get the food from the restaurant to your room 😳 3- Restaurants are the part of the hotel and they are considered as a separate entity hence the food quality is horrible and the attitude of the employees are like bosses 😳 PS: not sure what went wrong 😑

::i stayed here for about 1week. it was a great hotel the rooms were clean ,bathroom also clean. i enjoyed my stay here. the staff were really guest friendly. and they have a litte garden outside where you can sit and order tea or what you like.

::Nice hotel. Staff are really polite and helpful. Beautiful and clean rooms especially on 6th floor with large windows(photos showing the view of windows are uploaded). Food veriety is not good but for a 3* hotel is ok. using swimming pool for hotel guests is free. It has several free of cost transport services to the holy shrine during the day.
