  It is very arrogant and unethical for someone to introduce himself as the best in a field, even on the main page of his site, if he is not even an expert in that field. He is a general dentist who works with children. People go to their children for charity and the clinic is like a kindergarten where they don't visit and pay. It must be done right. People's ignorance should not be abused. I also made the same mistake and later I found out that he is a general dentist and not a specialist.
