  I was a guest of this hotel for two nights on August 21. The hotel is located in a cozy and quiet area, far from traffic. Access to the subway is possible by taxi, which is not far. The hotel itself is organized and its staff are very polite. The rooms are clean and charged every day. The hotel's breakfast is relatively complete, but I think it is a bit weak for a hotel of this class. The dinner in the hotel is varied, and the coffee shop is also good in terms of variety of drinks. Overall, I experienced a comfortable stay during two nights and I recommend this hotel.

  Excellent hotel I eas in many 5 stars hotels with much worse conditions. Very good restaurant on 9th floor serving delicious European style food and for those who likes traditional Iranian food on 1st floor. One think that makes me laughing was that to the restaurant on the 9th floor you can get by one elevator and if you are staying at this hotel you are not able to use it from your floor ... although lift will stop at your floor but first you have to go down to reception... small hint you can use stairs ;) Ps. On first floor in restaurant staff is excellent Jamila and there friends in the kitchen all speaking English and happy to help you

  It was really clean, cozy and quiet. Each floor has just 8 rooms overlooking the city. Its staff were extremely polite, welcoming and helpful. The restaurant had inviting atmosphere with big windows, but the breakfast can be better.

  This hotel is by far the best hotel I have ever been. It deserves 5 stars. I've been in 5 star hotels in Europe that have not been as good as Eskan Alvand. It has all the facilities one might need and the staff is polite and helpful. Breakfast is awesome and unlike many hotels in Iran they serve real coffee (espresso). It is located in a good quiet street near one of the main squares with everything in its vicinity. The beds are amazing with hard mattresses and the other future are very comfortable too. The bathrooms and showers are modern, warm and clean with all amenities provided.

  This hotel is the best there is in Tehran. It feels like a boutique hotel but it is very professional. The staff is extremely kind and helpful. They pay great attention to detail and are truly interested in their guests and their wellbeing. The rooms are big, very clean and have all the amenities of a 5 star hotel. The bed is perfect and the curtains are dark so I slept like a baby. The breakfast is the best we had in all of Iran. This hotel is one of the best value for money. So not to be missed when in Tehran.
