  I’d give it zero stars if it was an option. I am visiting Tehran (my hometown) after a while. We came here with some friends to enjoy the view and have some drinks. We asked at the entrance if we could get drinks at the restaurant on the top floor. We were told yes. Upon arriving at the cafe/restaurant on 21st floor, we asked the same question: could we have drinks only? They said yes but to wait till 7pm (a 30-minute wait). At 7, we sat down and were given the drink menus, but then we were told to move to a table on the other side first, then we were told the tables by the windows were too small for us and to move to a different table. Then we were told they wouldn’t serve drinks up there!!! So in the matter of half an hour, we were told 5 different stories and then we gave up and left. Horrible service, unfriendly and rude personnel. Will never come back.

  This has to be the worst five-star hotel in the world! I have no idea what justified all the hype around it. The staff are shockingly untrained, unprofessional, and downright rude. Take the Sky Lounge cafe and restaurant for example.they don’t even know the difference between pulled beef and roast beef. And imagine ordering a Nutella waffle, only for the staff to sarcastically say Do you really think it’s Nutella? You’re way off.we use low quality chocolate!! Now think about it.this is supposedly the best hotel in an entire country. A place so highly regarded that even Cristiano Ronaldo was brought in to stay there, just to keep up appearances. And yet, this is the reality. Absolutely disgraceful. Oh, and let’s not even talk about the so called luxury.The rooms are nothing special .just plain and ordinary.

  Espinas Hotel in Tehran is a great choice for business meetings and stays. It offers practical and useful facilities for international visitors. The service, whether at reception or in the breakfast area, is excellent. The staff provide a welcoming and professional experience, making the stay enjoyable. The waiters and waitresses are especially friendly and attentive. The hotel also features a well-equipped gym and a play area for children, ensuring both relaxation and entertainment. Overall, Espinas Hotel delivers a comfortable and pleasant stay for business travelers.

  The overall experience fell short of expectations; the meal was unremarkable. Specifically, the tongue with mushroom sauce was unsatisfactory due to its unpleasant taste and odor. However, the remaining dishes were acceptable.

  We were on a family visit trip and had a fantastic breakfast at the bar in the lobby. We chose an Iranian breakfast that was very complete, nicely prepared, and greatly served. We had feta cheese, butter, jam, honey, walnuts, cucumber and tomato salad, plus omelette, flat bread, and a cup of tea plus an extra coffee. The portion was easily enough for two people. The restaurant is located in the lobby and has a very calm and relaxing atmosphere. The price was exceptionally good and a great value for money in my view. Highly recommended!
