  Terrible service. Liar branch chief. Lazy and complacent employees (except for one or two people who are really friendly and work hard) who even force themselves to issue a new card and falsely say that our card is over!! When you complain to the head of the branch, he defends the same lazy and irresponsible employee and repeats his lies. Even though I think they don't have 10 references per day, it is impossible for them to do the work, and unfortunately, the work pressure is on the same one or two honest and respectable employees because they have to kill their lazy colleagues and incompetent branch chiefs.
