  This hospital is one of the dirtiest and most unsanitary hospitals in Tehran. The medical staff are extremely inexperienced and unskilled. They charge excessive and unjustified fees for services they do not even provide. Both the nurses and even the doctors in this facility suffer from serious moral and ethical decline. I hope that one day, such individuals will no longer exist in the country’s medical community.

  I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service and conditions at your hospital. The staff were consistently impolite and unprofessional, making an already stressful situation even worse. The care provided was subpar, with little attention to patient needs and concerns. Additionally, the facilities were dirty and poorly maintained, which is unacceptable for a healthcare environment. I urge you to address these issues immediately to ensure a better experience for future patients

  Honestly, although there are some details definitely worth working on, overal this hospital is growing more than ever. My mother had to stay in this hospital for a few days and we could tell right away that this experience was much better than the last experience we had with this hospital 5 years ago. All of the comments I made to the nurses were took into consideration and all of the staff tried their best to improve our experience of the hospital at the time we were there. I really wish they keep up with the good work!

  been there a few times and unfortunately I didn`t quite receive the treatment I expected. some of the staff are friendly but the majority are very RUDE and unprofessional. if your not specific and like me have medium to low knowledge in the medical world, then expect a massive bill for unnecessary treatment. 2 stars purely for the nurse that was helpful.
