  The location of the hotel is excellent! It's 12 mins walking to Imam Reza Holy Shrine by walk, 7 mins to Bazar Reza by walk and 3 mins to Pharmacy by walk. It's also 11 mins by car to the train station. The staff are generally nice. We booked a triple room, but it was a bit small. The bathroom was way too small in my idea. But the room was located in 6th Floor and we had a good location and a bright room. The cafe of the hotel was very relaxing and quiet. The items in the cafe were also perfect! Overall we had a good stay!

  It has changed due to the economic crisis in recent years and has cut back on some essentials that any room must have such as courtesy items. All in all I do say it has reasonable price and is worth choosing for a few nights of stay.

  It's a very well-kept hotel, super clean and silent. It has delicious food with very professional and friendly staff. Due to the excellent management of Mrs. Pegah, I had a very good journey, stay and pilgrim every time when I was there.

  This hotel is a good choice because its clean,quiet,modern and near to holy shrine. Its rooms are designed beautifully and the guests can feel relaxed and at home. The staff is efficient and wellcoming. Restaurant is great and food is delicious. The hotel boosts of its traditional breakfast.

  I stayed in Ferdous hotel for 3 nights and It was a good experience. staffs were polite, room was clean and quite and breakfast was Delicious. it was so close to imam Reza holy shrine and it has reasonable price for 4 star hotel in iran. i suggest this hotel to stay in Mashhad.
