  Used to like this place before, but now it's just an expensive self service with totally normal food. They even serve food with plastic forks. They had 3 people welcoming us but no one to bring the food. The food was smaller than ever, the bread and vegetables seemed not fresh. I was hungry at the end.

  Awful. I got sick from the food. Also, the place does not have air conditioners and the atmosphere is not comfortable. Ferno was a good restaurant at the very beginning; when it was located in the Danshejoo Blv. But after relocating somewhere bigger, the quality of their food and services vividly changed.

  I appreciate their efforts to improve their services; however, they would be better in their quality and their personnel accuracy.
