::One star is too much. The staff don't care. Unfortunately, my letter was returned 3 times for no reason, and the behavior of the post office staff is very disgusting. I sent a message to the post office and the postman comes, but there is no news of the shipment. We don't know how to trust this office anymore.

::One star is too much, the mail carrier does not come to the house at all and Alki says that no one was at home, it was returned when we were at home all the time and waiting, but the mail was not delivered. This is the second time this happens. Today, I had to leave my work and life in the morning and despite paying for the postage myself, I had to go and pick up the package because I needed it.
