  Hello, I am currently staying at the Gulestan Hotel, this is my second time coming to this hotel and I think I will always come. It is a magnificent establishment, every corner of the hotel is a reason to love the hotel.

  I have an absolute soft spot for Golestan Hotel. All behind the running of the hotel absolutely have me smitten; within the chaos that is Tehran, Golestan Hotel feels like 'home.' Sahar, is an asset to Golestan Hotel and she helped me immensely when I mixed up my departure dates - but not only did she take hold of the situation - she also provided so much advice on where to go and how to get there, recommended and made bookings for hair and beauty salon treatments, exchanged my USD and booked an airport transfer for me - all the while ensuring right till the end that it all went smoothly. You don't get that service anywhere. Golestan Hotel is an old-school hotel, and that's where its value lies: its staff all ensure its success. It is situated in a really special part of downtown Tehran, so close to Hasanabad Square which is worth a visit in itself. The restaurant offers very tasty and varied meals, and as a foodie, I was happily surprised. Having a restaurant and coffee shop in situ, is such a convenience and everything had from the complimentary breakfast to dinner (added to your bill) was plentiful, fresh, clean and delicious. The rooms give you all you need and are kept extremely clean. There is no issue with comfort as I enjoyed my sleep immensely. Bottled water is provided with the room in the refrigerator. There are only stairs, but staff will take care of your luggage. I really enjoyed my stay, was very sad to say goodbye, but will see you again next year!

  Very friendly staff. You would be able to communicate in english. The room is a bit small and the airconditioning is generally not very effective. The hotel has a central location in Tehran but the neighbourhood is too empty during the night. Very affordable.

  It is located in tehran center . it is close to metro station and some historical parts of tehran . there are a lot of places to vist near to this hotel. This botel is immensely cozy . the only negative thing about this hotel is elevator . there is no elevator. But it is so clean and compared with its price , it is so cost effective

  Correct room and bath for the price. Offered free pick up from airport if minimum 3 nights booked. Good location of you are a tourist. They wanted to charge an extra night, because I could use the room already from 8:00, not only from regular check in time 12:00. I objected, as the room was just given to me upon arrival with no mention of charging an extra night. Also, 4 hours early check-in to equal to a full night fare seemed inappropriate to me. I must say that my objection was accepted without further discussion I was not charged an additional night.
