::Worst hotel I've ever been to in Iran and I have stayed/had events at hotels in Tehran, Mashhad, Isfahan, Shahroud, and Chabahar. I was invited by Iranian Association of Air Transport and Tourist Agencies for dinner at Zomorod hall (I'm a diplomat from an embassy). When I wanted to go back home, our car was blocked by other cars (our driver said there were zero security to ask help to) and when I go to the receptionist and speak in english to talk about the issue, my colleague who can speak Farsi said they were talking "who is this guy? Why is he speaking so fast" insultingly. After my colleague translated my words, they shifted responsibility among themselves (there were 3 of them at the receptionist table just talking to each other and doing nothing), and then they pretended to walk to the parking lot, but once they got a little further from my eyes, they changed direction. I informed the organizer (association) and they immediately announced the car's plate number -- but when the cars are getting moved, one of the hotel staffs come to me to say it's resolved. Yeah it was resolved but they did nothing. No willingness whatsoever to help guests. Horrible experience. I had to wait around 30 minutes or more just for a simple problem they didn't want to help.

::It’s a real five star hotel, with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast is in the top of the hotel with their perfect view of Tehran. The location is really good and we can have access to everywhere with bus taxi and more.

::It is not at the level of a five-star hotel. Very rude staff. We had a language problem non of them were able to speak English, and the elevator is very slow most of the time only one working, also cooling system at the lobby is not working properly

::For the entire 7-day stay there wasn’t any WiFi signal in the room. We asked many times and they promise to fix within one hour, after one hour they promised to fix the next day, at the end it wasn’t fixed at all. The room is very old (like last century) and dirty, there are stains everywhere: carpet, beddings. No facilities like iron. I really don’t know how can they claim it’s a 5-star hotel.
