::During the past five years, every day we have witnessed the publication of promising news in the field of hemophilia, which promise new treatments and a better and better life for hemophilia patients. The increase in life expectancy in hemophilia patients and their approach to the normal life expectancy of the general society in different countries is at the top of the promising news in recent years. The fact that has caused the management of common diseases of middle age and old age to become one of the serious challenges in the field of hemophilia and has attracted the attention of researchers. In the field of diagnosis, the World Federation of Hemophilia, with regard to coagulation disorders in women, tried to draw the attention of 134 member countries of this federation, including the Hemophilia Center of Iran, to hear the voices of women and girls suffering from coagulation disorders. A population whose access to treatment due to lack of diagnosis is very small and needs basic attention. Last year, the World Hemophilia Day program in Iran focused on hearing the voices of women and girls, whose representatives from different provinces participated in this event in local costumes. In 2018, the motto of the World Federation is to pay attention to the exchange of knowledge between people involved in the field of hemophilia.
