::Overall a good experience, good item in the breakfast menu, service is ok but you really have to call them again and again if you want to clean your room and stuff. They will help you if you need a cab or someone to translate for you at the counter. Location is really social in the middle of market so you can go around and explore.

::4 years ago I reserved 4 nights stay in this hotel. Therefore, my information may be a little old. The room was shabby but still well-decorated. Hotel personnel were well-trained and friendly. The hotel is located in the heart of downtown. Breakfast was acceptable to me. Fees were adequate for such a place.

::This place is nice, really. Although rooms are not super exciting, breakfast is something very normal with little choices, but the neighborhood, the church's clock bell, all of the cafes in Jolfa neighborhood, and the whole atmosphere is so cool that I didn't mind small flaws of the hotel itself. It was reasonably priced (received some discount over the phone when called) and the personnel was helpful. I think I will be back again!

::Clean bed and bathroom. However, breakfast is very poor and not of best quality for whatever they offer. Things always can be done with low budget but with more thoughtful implementation. The rooms are a bit noisy when it comes to noises from inside the hotel itself.

::Located in the Armenian district but... it's not that close to all the main sights. The guy at the reception during the afternoon and evening does not speak English (he couldn't even tell the date) so he couldn't give me any advice on sightseeing, restaurants, prices etc. The room (I had to take a double although I was on my own) was really small and the bathroom was terrible. No hot water in the shower even after some minutes. I told the reception twice, it didn't get any better. And finally, no free wifi nor coffee, two things I can't do without.
