  Staff at this hotel are truly amazing, and it's got prime location. My feedback is taking into account what the hotel has to offer given what they charge for their rooms. I've been to numerous hotels that are rated with 3 or 4 stars and often they've had better rooms. We were initially given a room (for a family of 4) which was barely the size of a room that's suitable for an individual or a couple. The bathroom/shower resembles what's I'd seen in 2 star hotels in very small cities! We paid 6 mil rls extra per night to get a one bedroom suite that simply had more space (and our windows are facing another building). We had to call to get towels for the number of individuals occupying the room. Also, we came back to our room to see that the door was left open with all our stuff in it. I expect a better facility from a five star hotel that charges an average person's monthly salary for a night's stay.

  It is more like a 2 star motel … small rooms with small beds. Some of the staff are not professional. I will probably not stay here again.

  Wrong advertising as 5 star … it is a no star motel. Horrible small tiny rooms with tiny small beds.

  Great hotel that is within walking distance to the holy shrine. The room was pretty big with all the amenities one might want: slippers, bathroom slippers, toothbrush, drinking water, heating, excellent room service, prayer space etc. They also included one UK-type plug in the room. The breakfast and dinner were delicious and with a great variety of items. The hotel also offers taxi service and a coffee shop. The Wi-Fi was completely unreliable though.

  Very disappointed, had thought highly about this hotel but wish had booked elsewhere. First night couldn't sleep due to AC system being under our window, all night had like a v8 engine running under our window, this is the last thing we needed after 18 hours flight from Australia. In the morning I reported the issue to the reception staff only to have them talking in their language and laughing instead of helping us and turning around talking to his colleagues while we are talking to him, rudely enough he says no one complains and that I m been sensitive, even though I showed him the video of the recording clearly indicating the issue. Will never consider this hotel in the future.
