  The staff are friendly But the problem I observed was that many cases requested by clients are handled by only one counter, which causes crowding and waiting for clients, even though the other counters do not have clients and one employee of God's servant has a thousand tasks, it would be more logical if it was divided among the rest of the counters! I was delayed for almost an hour because of this
