  The staff of this branch behave inappropriately with customers. Despite the busyness of the branch, only one or two counters accept customers. The number of personnel is more than 25 people, of which only 2 people do the work of customers. The branch manager does not care about customers. The electronic counter is very busy and all the responsibilities (issuing cards, issuing codes, internet banking, etc.) are performed by only one person. The users of the deposit department are unprofessional and impolite, although this department has the main task of attracting resources in the bank, but its personnel are very inattentive to customers and even creditors. The facility unit is not responsive in any way, neither by phone nor in person. The head of the branch was not seen in the several times I visited the branch According to the suggestion of some customers in the branch, in order for your work to be done, it is necessary to visit the branch with full hands
