  My recent stay at this hotel was unfortunately disappointing. The cleanliness standards in our room (104) were unacceptable; it was very dirty, and we even found a live cockroac, the bed feels like "sweaty" and sticky. The check-out process was also stressful, as my passport was "lost" and they kept looking for it, then it turned out my passport was misplaced by someone else in a different room. Super unprofessional. Although the restaurant upstairs is quite nice.

  WORST hotel and worst management ive seen, even in Iran. They charged us double and they gave us the janitor room and a really low quality and dirty room in the basement. None of us could sleep because of too much noise coming from the parking ( in the janitor room), and the bedsheets were dirty

  We stayed in this hotel for 1 night and it was satisfactory for the price we paid. Breakfast and the design of the environment were good, but the renovation of the rooms could have been better. Excellent location and accessibility. The staff was very friendly and nice and overall it was satisfactory.

  Niyayesh Hotel in Shiraz was a great experience for me! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was very polite and respectful. The breakfast was diverse but quite weak. Additionally, the hotel’s location was excellent, providing easy access to tourist attractions. If you are traveling to Shiraz, I highly recommend this hotel. Many thanks to the wonderful staff of Niyayesh Hotel, Shiraz!

  Poor service. Night shift guy was rude and argumentative. Avoid this hotel. I had to stop myself from complaining about him. Don’t know where they find them from. It caste a shadow over a trip I had planned for months. Anyone who stays there after this review only have themselves to blame.
