  I was so pleased to stay in this hotel. It accommodated everything For me. the service was perfect. The room was perfect restaurant food was perfect. People in the hotel who helped Me with my inquiries, made the place just like home For me. This place should get five star

  This is a very peaceful and nice hotel with friendly and polite staff, we arrived at 10:30AM in the hotel and they gave us a room right away, even thogh the actual check-in time was at 2 PM. Rooms are big enough and very clean, it was a pleasent experience and i look forward to stay in this hotel again.

  Friendly staff, fully decorated and quite in a nicer part of the city, this hotel has a good breakfast buffet complimentary as well. It’s my second stay and I’m happy to recommend it and will come back. I met with the owner and his family on my first visit, quite lovely and friendly people.

  One of the best hotels in Iran! I stayed here for a couple months and have nothing but positive things to say about this hotel! This hotel is exceptional in every way: laundry, parking, timely room service, privacy, a delicious breakfast buffet, and an extremely respectful and friendly staff! The building is relatively new, and the facilities and rooms are quite clean and functional. In the evenings, you can invite friends or hang out in the well-decorated lobby. The staff is the best part of this hotel! If you are a foreigner visiting Iran or an Iranian living abroad, I would 100% recommend this hotel. The only drawback was that the gym was closed during my stay.

  stayed with my mother for 13 days at Hotel Niloo. It is an excellent hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean, quiet and have all facilities. You have satellite TV in the room with which you can receive CNN News for example. The staff is professional, helpful and very customer friendly. They speak English very well. The breakfast (buffet) is delicious, you have all meals in cold and hot. The location is good and quiet. The hotel has its own Italian restaurant for lunch and dinner. There is also a bar for drinks (non-alcoholic) and the hotel has its own Taxi staff that can take you anywhere. The hotel has all the facilities of a real 4 star hotel. I recommend this hotel to the travelers in Tehran.
