  We stayed several time in this hotel There are a lots of advantage. This hotel is better than Darwishi and Almas very clean, always New furniture, Swimming Pool, resturant, comfortable bed, excellent big rooms, good lighting, great Crew The heating System is amazing There are only 2 negative point The Extra bed is not so comfortable There is no permission for cooking

  I stayed in this hotel for 4 weeks I booked the suite with holy shrine view the hotel is very nice good location and very clean the staff are very friendly they have a swimming pool and gym and shopping facilities available 2 restaurants inside the hotel I personally didn't use these facilities but their available to those who like to everything in this hotel is very good no complaints I had 1 issue with bathroom door being too close to bath tub made it difficult access to get in and out of bath would have personally preferred a shower instead of bath tub in my room but it is what it is outcome was a good stay

  First when I arrive I was happy about the hotel, seems beautiful and luxurious, but when you look correctly, you realize everything is cheap, old and fake. I came for 5 days, I was healthy but when I came back to my country I had to go to hospital because of neck pain due to the hard and uncomfortable pillow. The food is not good, no taste and oily, and the breakfast is really poor too, the cereals don’t tast like cereals. However the staff was really good, and the view in my room was amazing ( shrine Imam Reza ). The omid complex next to the hotel is not really interesting if you want to do real shopping, but if you want to buy a Chinese toy who will work maybe 1 month there you go. Everything there is cheap that’s great.

  A reasonable price for an outstanding hotel. It has a nice swimming pool, gym and many other facilities that most of them are for free to use. The food is so good compared to Iranian food as it provides so many different meals that middle-east region would find tasty. One of the best things in it is the design and style it possesses.

  The location is very good . View so much is very beautiful and comfortable. The hotel was new and modern . But The hotel staff did not attend the training. When we were a sleep, they entered the room without knocked door and did not apologize
