I used to stay in this hotel when in Qom. This time, it has been a huge disappointment. Badly lit room and bathroom. Electric plugs falling down. A/C not working properly so that I couldn't sleep well. Disconnecting unusable WiFi. No 4G in my room. I will never stay at this property again.

You won't expect to experience this level of hosteling service and great infrastructure in Qom. Actually it is absolutely recommended to stay in this hotel and eventually face with its fast food restaurant. Although, its traditional restaurant is not in same level.

The hotel itself is clean and well kept, rooms are comfortable and spacious, each one with refrigerator, tv and coffee table with chairs. However, the restaurant is dismal - breakfast supplies are almost finished at 8:00am though the breakfast is supposed to continue for a couple more hours. Lunch is menu choice and not much on the menu is actually available. Dinner we ate in the restaurant on the ground floor and waited 2 hours, but this is open to outside so was very busy. THE WORST POINT is that literally EVERY NIGHT from maghrib there is an extremely loud wedding taking place, which is really disheartening when we travel so far to visit Sayeda Ma’soumah for spiritual upliftment. The type of music coming from the functions is disgraceful, worse than he sound coming from a nightclub, and having booked and paid in advance for 2 weeks we were unable to change. Every night we were deafened in our rooms by the noise level! The walls are paper thin so having a football team on the same floor can mean sleeping before 2:00am is also a challenge. However if haram music blaring at you unashamedly every night and poor food doesn’t bother you then stay here. For us, never again.

We held a ceremony here in their 2nd floor ballroom. The staff was very professional and polite. The food was also very nice. The chicken kebab and baghali polo was excellent. The koobideh kabab wasn't the best. Over all I would recommend this place for a ceremony or conference.

Decent, clean hotel and friendly staff. Not close to the Haram but getting there is easy since it's on a main road. The room had only one accessible socket which was the bedside lamp's, which isn't practical. Walls not sufficiently sound proof. Slow room service, breakfast below average, poor coffee.
