  The room was okay but they could do better, night time you can easily outside noise and disturbed. The toilet is smelly. Great access to the metro station. The breakfast was good.

  I booked a double room for one week. First Very cold face and rude receptionists. Room service u never see them to clean up the room. Our toilet has been blocked for 5 hours after calling 4 times they send someone to fix it. They put stinky single blanket on double bed! One night when I came inside the hotel receptionist asked me u came from Australia the room price u booked is for locals tourist should pay more. He was trying to scam me but when I said I'm gonna call his manager he asked for apology!!!!! THIS PLACE IS NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL U GONNA BE WORRY ALL THE TIME WHEN U STAY THERE.

  I stayed there for 1 night at 1st October 2024, first I want to discuss the pros: the rooms were clean and I didn't say anything unhygienic, the cleaning service were polite, the breakfast was good, there were omelette, boiled eggs, sausage, tea, and many other things. For the cons part I can say it's really noisy and I could hear other rooms talking in their rooms not only the hallway, but worst than that, the hotel has a central ventilation system and it's almost on constantly except from 11 pm to 4 am but its really annoying it's too loud! The other thing is that most rooms don't have a window to street and it's faced to hallway which has made the room quite depressing! Overall it doesn't worth its price specially for small rooms, and It's most definitely not qualified as a 3 or 4 star hotel, it will worth it for half the price considered as a motel or hostel

  Hi. The staff at the reception were very disrespectful and rude. The quality of the room we stayed in was not nearly enough for the high reservarion price.

  Hello everybody, This hotel is awful. The two girls in the Reception are very unfriendly. We saw the Room and it was very bad. The whole room smelled bad and it was dirty. We even found a cockroach in the room. The room is dirty and this Hotel is not a 4- Stars hotel !!!! We payed too much for this bad Hotel.
