  The operator ladies are treated very badly and unfortunately, the office manager says that I know they are treated very badly, but because I can't find personnel, I have to use these ladies.   Lack of cooperation with clients, lack of mutual understanding. On Thursday, I went to this office to change my passport, but unfortunately the documents were not accepted because it was 30 minutes before closing, I went to another office and even though it was 15 minutes before the end of the working hours, they accepted my request and did my work quickly. This office is not recommended
