  Hello, I requested a credit of 50 million tomans from Paya, but after visiting and getting more information, I didn't even complete the registration form and I didn't follow it anymore, but unfortunately, Refah Bank, Amaniye branch, withheld two and a half million tomans from Ardibehesht's salary. The question is that I did not hand over an invoice from this credit, nor did I submit any documents requested by Paya. Did I or the contract try to close my account? Does any person without any documentary evidence with my signature try to close the account of his customers just by asking for credit but without any use of it? If this is the case, you really have interesting rules, please send me the explanation as soon as possible. Thank you for your cooperation.
