I went to this post office to send my documents to the university, I showed them the documents and told them that there are important documents and they gave me an envelope, I said it is small, they said no, after writing the information, I saw that it really can't fit in the envelope, I said give it to me, I will do it myself, they couldn't tell me that a bigger one is needed, and it is interesting to deduct the cost of the envelope from my card again. When I protested, they yelled and screamed with all their rudeness, and the management told them to refund the money, but they didn't give me back. No one can beg with a few thousand tomans, but this amount of irresponsibility is really unfortunate

::If I want to write here my experience of visiting the post department (receipt of parcels) several times, I must say that the postal staff of this branch are disciplined, respectful and patient, so that they answer the visitors completely and solve the problems.
