  In the morning, I went to change my card in order to install my mobile phone. I ticked my request form. The clerk gave me two new forms. He said don't tick either of them. You can activate them all on your mobile phone. He gave me a card and I went home. I saw that it won't be activated. I called support. He said you have to go to the counter and get a static code. This is how they do it.
