  A bank that is decorated with the name of "excellent", but in practice it suffers from neglect and irresponsibility! What is this honor that, with its golden face, draws people to the abyss of waiting and endless grass? Isn't it the fact that these institutions are fed with our sweat blood and receive huge salaries to serve us? So why this staggering indifference? Why do our phones go unanswered and false promises lure us like mirages in the desert of despair? This behavior is not only shameful, but also a fatal blow to the body of public trust. I wish there was a monitoring group to monitor these irresponsibility and prevent these injustices. The blood of the customers' hearts is not an excuse for all this neglect and unkindness! With this shameful performance, this bank has lost the right to be called "excellent" and has engraved its irresponsibility on its forehead. This indifference is a bitter mockery of the empty slogans of service delivery. Is such a behavior worthy of a bank that includes the good of people in its slogans?
