  They didnt open a bank account for me and sent me on a wild goose chase. They could have easily done it but didnt. The staff however are friendly.

  I visited once on Thursday for a 20% deposit, they said I should go online and register in the ibshop system. I went and filled out the form for an hour, I saw that I had already bought a share from the bank and I was registered in the system. I filled out the form with a thousand problems and four pages. Finally, I bought 30 tomans of shares. After the holiday, I asked them how to change my old phone number. They said take a turn to change it. After an hour of waiting, they said that they do not accept the old national card, you must also bring your birth certificate and the registration receipt of the new national card!! Does people's time matter here at all?! I don't understand why, when they took 30 tomans of money from me online and still didn't register the shares, the old national card was acceptable, so I can't change my phone number and I have to bring a genealogy?! When the government has not yet issued a new national card, what right does the bank have to force people to present a new card?!?

  The excellent services of Bank Shahr. It has an ATM and all kinds of banking services. In my opinion, it is one of the best banks in Iran in providing modern banking services. Good attitude of the staff of this branch Good location and easy access and there is usually a parking space in front of the branch.

  I am satisfied with the bank, Carson has nothing to say, it is a joke in the mouth of other banks, the bank gives 22% interest rate
