::I loved this place. The service was good. Food (breakfast and lunch) was very good and the personnel where friendly and nice. The only downside was the room air-conditioning which was off (it was beginning of spring) and our room temp was a bit warm and the air smelled a bit stale.

::Hello my name is Sam and a couple weeks ago I stayed at this beautiful hotel. I am an architect so i was seeking a hotel in Tabriz to see its both modern and historic architecture and gladly i found Tabriz International Hotel demonstrating both. It was built in 60s as one of the first modern hotels in Tabriz but they have renovated it almost every year since last ten years.Hotel itself is located at the city center but not the crowded part of it so i had access to most historical tourist sites by using bus or metro. It has a beautiful backyard garden which is filled with flowers and trees. employees are one the most fundamental assets of this hotel. Staff were well educated and experienced and i had no problem talking to them because most of them were fluent in English. Rooms were tidy and bed was a king sized one so i felt quite at home. Breakfast was more than enough containing Persian cream called "SARSHIR" and mixing it with honey make it a delicious meal. by the way there was a chef stand and i could order omelette or eggs with my own custom ingredients. overall i had an amazing stay at this hotel and i want to thank Mrs. Mehdipur Mr. Monsefi and Mr. Jalilifard for helping me find tickets to Tehran and recommending me very good restaurants in the city.

::The worst hotel ever! The receptionist, Mr. Monsefi is extremely rude and behaves as if he owns the hotel. When we (2 women) arrived late at night they gave us a room that was so old, smelly and dirty that we didnot want to enter the room (attached photos) When we asked if they have any other rooms, they said no!!! Later we found out that they do have more empty rooms even that night when we arrived. when we didnot want to provide the receptionist with the pin number for our debit card and rahter enter it ourselves, he made fun of us and made a not nice comment in turkish: " who the hell they think they are" thinking that we do not understand. Because it was late and we didnot know any place in town, we slept in the room planning to leave first thing in the morning. in the morning we decided to talk to the manager of the hotel about the rude receptionist. We talked to the manager and told him about all the issues, he called the person responsible for all receptionists, a female manager. The hotel manager told her to arrange a better room for us, and bribed us with a plate of fruites!! we had to wait for more than 30 minutes before they show us the new room, and that was only after we complained that we would like to see the room now or we change the hotel that they showed us the new room. The new room is a little more renovated but still it had an extremey old air conditioner that made so much noise and smelled so bad, very old fridge, and the whole room smelled mossy. we took the room because we were in Tabriz only for few days and didnot want to waste our time to look for another hotel. But it was for sure a mistake, we both got very very sick, very bad soar throat, because of the old and smelly air conditioner. At breakfast, when we ordered a better tea and we knew we had to pay extra for it, they took our order but never brought us any tea! Overall I must say that our stay was destroyed as we got sick due to very dirty, smelly and horrible room. Because of their location and unrepresentative photos they have in internet, many book this hotel. but it is not worth the money. I would not even stay in this hotel for free!!!!!

::This place is very unique as it used to be the only and the best hotel in Tabriz for decades! In my last visit in June with family and friends, I found out that the hotel management is doing its best to preserve the standard to offer a memorable experience. The rooms are very clean, quiet, with a nice view of the garden or the mountains, staff are very friendly and helpful, food is excellent!
