::This hospital is called the best hospital in Tabriz and received the epithet international to differ itself from all other hospitals in the city. I went to the emergency department because of pain in my colon and was admitted for medical treatment. I was admitted to the fourth floor so called “Surgery department”. It was clean and it kept clean by cleaning it twice a day during my stay. My room consisted of a hospital bed, a chair and a plastic sofa bed for the overnight stay of my company. The bathroom was clean, without towels or shampoo. Sheet and quilt were missing, but there were blankets to use. I observed that the emergency exit was manually locked with a padlock and was told that the key is with the cleaner. The staff I met were kind and helpful but incompetent for the most part. I was given a probe that was small and wasn’t functional. Nurses tried to manually adjust it and it didn’t last long before I was in excruciating pain. They removed the probe after consultation with a doctor. It turned out that I didn't need any probe at all. None of the staff who treated me used disposable gloves. I bled twice after being injected because the staff had not performed the necessary measures to prevent the bleeding after injection. My doctor did the daily round wearing casual clothes with a jacket (no white coat). My doctor released me at 12:20 to carry on my medication at home. It took more than two and a half hours to receive the bill for my stay and treatment. The note contained many incomprehensible lines that no one could explain. For example, my room cost $100 per night but they added $10 extra as the cost of having company. In another line the was the cost of food for my company. While one line explained that the cost of the bracelet showing my name and ward said cost $0.80, in another line it said $65 for medicine without any additional explanation. The most striking line was "education of the patient at discharge" which had cost me $0.60.

Regarding the patient's request, the behavior was relatively appropriate compared to other hospitals. Except for one case, when the nurse in the scenery ward is not present, another nurse is present in the ward to deliver the patient to the anesthesia room. And one case about a patient supporter who was supposed to visit us on the day of discharge, but unfortunately we only saw her once when she was guided to my vip room. I lower a star for this reason. On the other hand, there is a real cost to complain about. Thanks you.
