  Rude management I lost my national ID card and went to the bank, but unfortunately, by presenting my driver's license card and birth certificate at the same time, they did not start my job for issuing a new card. They said that it is not possible. In that case, I called the security of Tejarat Bank and they said that they should have started my job. When I had presented 3 valid identification documents. And I went to another branch and started my business. I am really sorry for the management of this branch and I hope that Bank Tejarat will take immediate action to inform this management and others like them.
