All of them are overworked, uncultured and uneducated, how to deal with customers and a thousand traits that good people have, you all have the same thing! It's from the whole system and your policies that it is not clear how you move the burden that it reaches us like this... For example, you were supposed to be a fast and better alternative to mail to get more money. You get more money, but from the beginning to the end, you are not even capable of the size of the ruins of the post office... Burning money is much more economical than spending your system, that way at least heat is produced... I'm really sorry for myself, my time, my money, and the nerves that I broke in your head!
