::I really don't know how to appreciate the staff and management enough. During the time that I was in Yas Sepid Hospital, every moment was accompanied by the kindness and compassion of the staff. When I saw you patiently taking care of me and other patients, I felt really relaxed. You don't just do therapy; You work with hearts and give hope. I am grateful to each and every staff member and dear Dr. Ahmadi for being by my side and not withholding any help. I always pray for you and hope that God will bless your life and work.

::Regardless of some negative reviews I actually had a great experience doing my rhinoplasty there this morning. The nurses were totally kind and patient. The vegetarian one gave me a great aftercare post surgery.

::Let me start by saying the doctor I had and his assistants were great. But, the hospital should not be passing inspection- worse than government hospitals of third world countries. Yet, this is supposed to be a private hospital. We went to a government hospital in Tehran for the pre-surgery tests- that was much better and even was asked for an in-person evaluation when we were finished. Now, I understand that this hospital was going thru some construction, so that should only affect entering and possibly passing thru some areas, but the whole place was dirty. I understand worn out things and chipped paint waiting for renovation, but where patients are being treated, doors, light switches, floors,….. should be clean and not grimy! As is customary, shoes are to be removed when entering patient treatment area, then you slip on generic plastic slide slippers - but what good does that do when you see all staff wearing those same slippers into dirty public elevator, hallways, out for lunch……? Doctors wore face masks and gloves, but rest of staff did not- yikes! this is even post Covid. When I can for follow up appointment, I was in a room with only a flimsy plastic curtain for the door separating it from the welding and construction - felt like a M.A.S.H. unit.
