  I wanted a single room and they gave me a triple room with single room service, because they had not a single room. But at the bill, they calculated the cost of a triple room for me. The room was very small and had not any window. The reception staffs had not enough training and the procedures for checkin and checkout was wery slow and takes about 4 hours. The breakfast was not ready until the 8 oclock and i skaped eating it. I considered it as my worst residence in a hotel.

  This hotel has best atmosphere, lovely decoration & delicious foods.The rooms were clean & comfortable.Also it has good location near historical monuments. Highly recommended for travelling or business purposes.

  they are lying - always and from the very beginning. They present themselves as a nice hotel, and they are not. Terrible noisy dirty uncomfortable room, miserable breakfast and arrogant and unhelpful staff that is lying to your face trying to find excuses for their incompetence. Avoid it!

  Hi. My experience it was awful.I was staying There with my mother. I booked this hotel through agency and They said this hotel is 3stars hotel. When we arrived To hotel .it was surprised for me because it doesn't look like 3 stars hotel . I mean decorations. But after first Night I realised in fact less than 3 stars hotel. Reception changed our room two times .They didnot give us final price for lunch we had in the hotel.When we are leaving the hotel they add extra expenses and we end up to pay more for lunch we had with 30% discount. I live in London for 16 years. I never had that kind of experience not even in London and UK and other European countries. I was thinking to book a hotel and take my English friends but for me it's very shameful and embarrassing if I talk about my experience in Iran , Isfahan. For first time visiting Iran after 15 years and it caused inconvenience situation for my mother who is 81 years old. If you want to book this hotel please think twice. Thanks

  Lovely lobby, wonderful artworks, but don't expect high servicing!, you cant turn off the lights above your bed! Unless you pickup you room card from its holder next to door! I also smelled stench smell from bath that made me leave the room! Location and staff is good enough to choose this hotel as a mid range place.
