I've been waiting for my package for a week at home and I'm checking the system, I saw that the package was delivered to the postman, but after a while, when no one came, I checked again and saw that the package was returned because the recipient was traveling (!!!!) Dad, you are not Muslim either, don't lie, where did you get the trip from now? My family and I were at home all the time, no one came at all, did the postman go on a trip??? I registered a complaint, they gave me the number of the postman, who started honking from the first moment. I called 193 and they told me at 12 o'clock if you don't come to the area today to pick it up tomorrow because it's a holiday and it will come back!!! Since when has the post been so quick to determine the assignment of packages? Why should vacations be deducted from my time account, when the postman is at fault and is not responsible??? All this aside, why should the district post office be close to the central post office and so far from where we live? Why don't you bring the packages to our area so that at least when such a problem occurs, we can go to it more easily instead of falling into the crowd and traffic! Father, by God, you raised all these tariffs, then your service will decline day by day! God forbid our business to you, it was just a gift to send to me, otherwise I would prefer not to receive or send anything from a distance for a long time.
