::Having all my documents ready and appointment confirmation letter in my hand, I went to VFS office in Palladium shopping center today. There, I was informed that my appointment had been cancelled. When I asked for explanation and why I was not informed consequently, they started insulting and threatening me as an "agitator "!!! Don't you really have any sort of supervision over their conduct? If not, all the shame is yours.

::If you've been to other embassies, you'll clearly notice that the visa staff are more friendly & open than Germany's staff.Strongly suggest to not lecture the staff, unless you've been asked for.
