::Good hotel, not too far from the main attractions: a nice walk downhill (jewels museum 1,6 km / Golestan 3,0km). Rooms are clean, typical Iranian breakfast. Very nice and helpful staff. Good value for money.

::the only positive point about this hotel is its location and you can find bunch of better hotels around. Negatives: 1-Rooms usually are not clean. 2- cleanness of restaurant is awful. 3- reception staff are so rude and irresponsible. 4-restaurant servants are so rude and nothing is OK there.5- AC always is broken and in winters its cold and in summer its hottttttttttttttt. PS: this hotel had a contract with the company I work for for more than 5 years and I had more than 50 night in different occasions stay in this hotel and every time it was so bad. Advise: don't waste your money and don't buy stress for yourself by selecting this hotel.
