  Good service and cooperative staff. Best for the pilgrims of bibi fatima masooma .. 2 minutes walking distance from shrine and ahanchi bridge.

  Very well situated. However the service is very poor. The breakfast buffet ends soon (first come first serve). Room service ladies are so kind, but lack of management skills!

  Manager is like a dog , not cooperative only barking if late 30 mints in checkout . Housekeeping is very bad , everytime u have to begging for cleaning toilet and remove garbage from room . when request to manger to send housekeeping ,he said they will clean in evening only , morning they clean only checkout rooms its hotel policy . Manager does not have respect for there guest . as if we r living there free of cost . Manager is worst - should be terminate from post to run the hotel in future .

  Good location !! but very bad service reception guys are rude and not helpful at all. We stayed three nights one 1st and 2nd floor rooms are very bad smell carpet are rotten wash room always have bad smell. Breakfast is good and food guys are helpful. Suggest to renovated the rooms and change room dirty carpets even the stairs carpet is very dirty. Look like owner or manager do not care about their guest they just making money guest stay only because or location. Do not stay there!!!!

  very good hotel, particularly if compared to hotels in Qom. It is very close to the holy shrine of Fatima Almasooma and there is a garden in front of it.
