::I stayed with my family in this hotel for two days. we enjoyed the atmosphere of the hotel. the hotel was very relaxing and clean . the staff was very friendly to the guests. My family and i had a great stay at this hotel and if we once again go to QOM , we will be back to this hotel again. Also as a suggestion if there is an elevator for the upper floor it will be excellent.

::All the review stated below is based on my 02 times stay. First time for 07 nights and second time just for 01 night - Hotel made in house, - clean - No lift - No air ventilation in rooms downstairs. - guests are provided with free water bottle but only to Iranians and not to non Iranians. - Khanum at the reception takes lot of money for customer clothes washing and no receipt given - rascist behaviour - many times they disconnected our internet and said you've used your amount and we got surprised just so that the reception people can retake money and keep in their pockets - on the phone agreed to give in less price but increased the price after learning that we are from London. - at the time of our departure 4:00 clock in the morning, the guy who was at the reception went to check the rooms we rented and in the mean time we were at the reception waiting for him to return. When he didn't come after quite a while we called him and he replied there is one glass missing which we didn't understand at first as he was saying in Persian then our driver who knew English and Persian both told us that what he's saying. All this was taking tooooo long as the room we stayed in was on the second floor. The receptionist refused to come downstairs and give our passports back just for a missing glass which we didn't even know was there at the time of check in.....can you imagine guys. During all of this he asked us to pay about 15000 toman for the missing glass., upon hearing that the driver argued with the receptionist and said to him why are you asking these people for price of 06 glasses. Money was not a problem but why to pay. In the end the driver, my husband, my friend all went upstairs and searched the missing glass which was there in a cupboard. All this resulted in cutting short our Tehran visit and we had to go the airport. Why the receptionist behaved like this because the night earlier we didn't order food through him and ordered a take away resulting in missing his commission amount. I request the management to see into this because running the hotel is more important than just making a new building.
