  I had 4 nights stay at this hotel recently and it was an awful experience mostly in room service! Our room was cleaned only once despite our frequent request. The room was old fashioned and dirty and needs definitely renovation. Staff are very rude without any attention to our requests. I don't recommend staying at this hotel! Very expensive with awful room service and staff! This is due to very poor management of this hotel.

  I spent one day here, the staff was all very polite and professional, which i think was the best part of this hotel, the breakfast wasn't as a 5-star hotel's breakfast and about the room i except more but it was just okay.

  While I was resting in my room, someone entered without permission or even knocking, despite the “Do Not Disturb” sign being on the door. This clearly shows a lack of respect for guests’ privacy and security. It also raises concerns about how often staff or others might enter rooms without consent, even when guests are not present. When paying for a hotel stay, privacy should be a top priority, but unfortunately, that was not the case here. This experience made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe.

  BE AWARE SCAM, NEVER TRUST THIS PLACE YOU WILL REGRET If you’re a foreigner traveling to Iran, I strongly advise you to avoid this hotel. Spare yourself the stress and disappointment. This place is extremely racist and clearly unwelcoming to foreigners.

  Chamran Hotel in Shiraz is one of the best choices for accommodation in this beautiful city. Its location in a prime area offers a stunning 360-degree view of Shiraz, providing guests with a truly unique experience. One of the highlights of this hotel is the nearby walking path, which offers a delightful stroll after dinner. Additionally, the hotel staff are extremely polite and friendly, reflecting the famous hospitality of Shiraz. The hotel features several excellent restaurants, including a traditional restaurant on the basement floor, a café in the lobby, a fast-food restaurant on the first floor, and a rooftop restaurant on the 25th floor with a DJ and vibrant lighting. The food quality is outstanding, with a variety of options to suit different tastes. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, though the mattresses are a bit firm, which might not be ideal for everyone. However, the overall cleanliness and amenities of the rooms are highly satisfactory. Another great advantage is the hotel’s excellent location, with easy access to the city's main highways and affordable taxi fares, making it a convenient choice for tourists. Overall, I highly recommend Chamran Hotel for an enjoyable stay in Shiraz.
