::Amazing experience staying at Pars Hotel in Tabriz. Beautiful location, wonderful staff, super clean and great coffee shop, restaurant and complementary breakfast. I left my phone in a taxi! Security immediately checked their cameras and found the driver and my phone. Couldn't be happier.

::This is going to be one of my longest reviews. Hospitality,hospitality and hospitality is their expertise. They simply kill you with kindness. I stayed with them for one month and can’t say enough of it. My stay was first supposed to be for pleasure and only for 2 weeks, but due to medical reasons I had to extend it for 2 more weeks. During my stay I couldn't be happier with this amazing place.Their entire team is extremely professional, humble, super friendly and very polite. They will go above and beyond to make sure you have the most pleasant stay with them. I didn't even have a moment of bad experience with this hotel. Every interaction I had with any of the team members for any reason was simply great. Every single person is well trained to give you exceptional service. The location of the hotel is the best, their restaurant and the food is amazing, and the service is beyond excellent. The rooms are quiet, convenient and clean. My room was facing the park and had big windows and I just loved it, it felt like home to me. The hotel accessibility is very good for people who need it. They have great taxi service, a quiet and cozy coffee shop, a great gym and pool, and my favorite part was having the very nice hair salon inside the hotel. I had taken a few photos inside and outside of the hotel which I shared with you. I would highly recommend it. I have stayed in many hotels in different parts of the world and I can comfortably say their service is remarkable. Before ending this review I have to mention a few names which made my stay really easy and restful. A million thanks to every one of them for their hospitality and kindness and I strongly believe they should be truly recognized for their sincere service. Mr. Mirzazadeh- Reception/ Cashier: He is the number one reason for this great experience and to choose this hotel to stay after my prior horrible experience with the Royal Palace hotel. He took pride and assured me that I will have the most pleasant stay in Tabriz, especially during my difficult time far from family and friends; and HE WAS ABSOLUTELY RIGHT. It’s employees like him who believe in the company they work for and take pride in their work. They value the company's success and image with helping customers and providing quality services. Thank you for all your help, it is much appreciated. Mrs. Danesh- Reception/ Cashier: For being kind enough to give me the best possible rate and making sure I have the same rate during my stay for the entire month during high season. Mr. Jalali- Security manager- I can't thank him enough for his kindness and care for the night I had to go to the emergency room due to an allergy shock. He made sure the situation is being handled properly so that the ambulance takes me to the best hospital in the city not just a random one. Mr. Aslani and his amazing team Mrs. Rahimivand and Shojaei- Room service: for their excellent daily room service. I can say they are one of the most considerate, communicative, caring, kind and professional teams that I have seen. Mr. Jafari, Mr. Khalili and Mr. Poor khalil- for their wonderful service at the coffee shop. I couldn't start my day without the coffee, late breakfast and coffee shop service. Mr. Nashri- Bell boy: for his unlimited service, friendliness and greeting with a smile every time I entered and exited the hotel. I wanna thank Mr. Amani for Managing, leading and training one of the most amazing teams in the entire country and I hope this level of service never changes for those of us who left the country many years ago. ::The hotel is located close to ElGoli park and has a good view of Tabriz city. Services were fine. Sport complex was closed and it was not announced when we were booking rooms. Breakfast was really good with vast choice. Rooms were clean but bathroom tub was slightly damaged. Services were good but not fast ...
