  The staff are so busy, rude, impolite. They accept service for too many people and they cannot be on time at meal service. Unfortunately, we had to stay 3 nights there (our company reservation) we waited for lunch more than 1 hour, they served all people they liked while they came to restaurant much later than us. After our complain they were rude enough to continue their unfair and biased behavior. Shame on them and their service. Despite all bad experience, the location was good for us.

  You have to pay more fee for WiFi, but it's good^^

  Great place to stay in Shiraz with friendly crew assist you with anything you need in the city All services and shops you need are close by the hotel

  Its just OK. A solid hotel for Iranian standards. Staff is very friendly, rooms are huge, but this hotel need some improovements.
