::A very beautiful hotel blending traditional Iranian and modern architecture. An excellent location with easy access to the historic heart of Shiraz. Well-trained and professional staff. Iranian and international breakfast. Highly recommended.

::Had a reservation issue and the staff were extremely unhelpful. Made a reservation for a two beds for two, the hotel was claiming that it was a two beds for one even though my reservation clearly had the names of two guest. They wanted to charge me almost double the amount. I had to leave and find another hotel at midnight. Very bad service and unaccommodating manager.

::This hotel is relatively small but cozy, located in the city center. While it doesn't offer very luxurious facilities, it is both comfortable and welcoming. The honeymoon room was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was OK. I highly recommend trying the traditional bath—it was a great and relaxing experience!

::Excellent Hotel, very friendly and helpful staff, great food and so close and walkable to most historical places, just a few meters away from Arg of Karim Khan or the Boulevard or many other sites. Great food, especially the Kebabs. Recommended.
