::If you are expecting to stay at a real five-star hotel, do NOT try this one. The service is awful, the staff act like they are doing you a favor, and the rooms are dirty with cockroaches inside. This is a typical two-star hotel with three fake stars attached. Expensive for nothing — just useless money thrown away. In total, TRASH!

::Pros: - Great location, walk distance to Hafez tomb - spacy rooms - helpful staff Cons: - Poor & old facility, bathroom ventilation - Poor breakfast variation, no pancakes, no croissant and no coffee. For a 5 star international hotel you expect to see a proper coffee machine with real coffee beans Still way to go to be a real 5 star international hotel

::If you are looking for a 5 star hotel then this is definitely not the right choice. Generally you can deduct one star from rating of most hotel in Iran but here one is not enough 😅 I arrived late at night and receptionist and other staff were very helpful and friendly. Room, bathroom etc. are old but reasonably clean, room furniture and set-up reminded me of hotels from 30 years ago.

::Hotel is affordable, and stuff is very kind and useful. Building is older but for one two nights its ok. Website said it has gym,but there was one empty room with high humidity and so much warm temperature for work out and one old roten machine.. Iranians r kind,but they should check the hotels in europe about the services like gym. Food was for breakfast good, but the dinner cooked kebab wasnt much good.
