  I celebrated my wife’s birthday at this hotel and it was an absolutely amazing experience. Everything was organized perfectly. The floral design, arranged by the hotel’s in-house florist, was stunning and added a beautiful touch to the celebration. The videography and photography services provided by the hotel’s media team were extremely professional and high-quality — we were truly impressed with the results. The restaurant staff were incredibly kind and respectful. I’d like to give a special thanks to Mr. Zare, the restaurant manager, for his attentive service and warm hospitality. Also, Ms. Somayeh, one of the hostesses, had a very professional and pleasant attitude which made the evening even more enjoyable. Everything exceeded our expectations, and I will definitely return for future special occasions. Highly recommended

  Excelent hotel, extraordinary service infrastructure, cozinha, well equipped rooms with many amenities, good air-conditioning. Veey good sauna available for free. Breakfast with impressive varieties of foods, all of high quality. The location requires mobilization to visit the important attractions in Shiraz.

  One night stay in grand shiraz hotel in Dec 2024. My room was on floor 10 , and I have to change 2 elevator to reach my room 1- GF to Floor 6 2- floor 6 to Floor 10 . Room was Clean Staff was good. Food was also good.

  This hotel has been a beacon of light during my stay in Shiraz. It's exquisite with a variety of amenities including a salon with a gorgeous view at a reasonable rate, scrumptious breakfast buffet every morning with some of my favorite Persian, traditional breakfasts and excellent service. There is a car service that you can get at an extra cost which made traveling around the city easy, reliable and safe. The drivers are all educated and very respectful. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Shiraz. You get so much for your money. I will definitely come back the the Shiraz Hotel over and over again.

  Three weeks ago, my spouse and I stayed at this hotel. The staff were courteous, but the room we were given was right next to the elevator. Given that the hotel was almost fully booked and there was a lot of traffic with guests using the elevator, we could constantly hear the elevator motor in our room! Even before entering the room, we mentioned this to the bellboy, who kindly followed up, but the receptionist immediately said all the rooms were full! We were lucky that at least the guests were considerate and didn't talk loudly near the elevators, but it was clear that the hotel management wanted to monetize every square meter of space! As an architect, I can say that it is strongly recommended not to place guest rooms next to the elevator in hotel design. The Western-style toilets had a small outlet, which was really surprising, and it got clogged on the first use, so we had to ask the reception to send someone to fix it. The bathroom was generally small and didn't have enough space to move around. In terms of amenities, cleanliness, and room size, everything was satisfactory. The hotel breakfast was good, but the rooftop café was not up to the standard of a five-star hotel with such a reputation. Unfortunately, we will choose a different hotel for our next trip.
