  The staff is friendly, the facilities are rather unimpressive. Rooms are not soundproof in any way.

  Good hotel. The staff speak English and are attentive. My "home" in Tehran. I stayed there twice.

  During the last fortnight of 2014 I have stayed for 8 nights with one interval in this hotel. While I went to Mashhad I left my extra luggage in the hotel and they kept it without raising eyebrows. All staffs are very cooperating although Mr. Mohammad Ali and Mr. Mehdi were exceptional cooperative and all times eager to guide and help their customers. I am very much confident that in the cost I paid cannot find a better place to stay in Tehran (Geneva of the East) than Hotel Khayyam. However the quality and variety of breakfast could be improved within the present spending. Overall I enjoyed my stay.
