::The bed is quite comfortable but the staff who work here can be quite challenging and rude. Faceless men working at the cashier and reception desk. Hold our passport and do not let us take it to the city centre even if we need that for buying a sim card or opening a bank account. Upon arrival the hotel, they didn't explain anything about WiFi, breakfast, facilities, gym, swimming pool, etc. And the gym charges 5 dollars to enter. The room rate is about 100 dollars per night. And they also offer extremely expensive taxi service to city centre (normally around 1-1.5 dollars but hotel taxi will charge you about 10-15 dollars for a 5km ride). With that price you can take a taxi to the international airport (60km)

::I wrote a good review then i edited it , beautiful hotel but during the last days of our stay , room services don’t clean the room, they just put bathroom stuffs for two days we suffer the same thing, no one care about sweeping the floor , it is not 5 stars hotel

::This hotel was close to the Tehran International Exhibition Center, which is why we chose to book it. The room had a beautiful view and good amenities. Breakfast was below my expectations for a 5-star hotel, but it had a decent variety, and they also served freshly baked bread. However, the attitude of the hotel manager and the female receptionist was not appropriate at all, considering the issue we faced with our reservation. On the plus side, the room cleanliness was excellent.

::One of the worst experiences of my life, the moment we checked in into our room we realized the bedsheets are dirty and the pillows smell terrible. When we asked them to give us clean pillows they said the laundry room is closed now and we don’t have clean pillows!!! This is not acceptable for a 5-star hotel!! I really do not recommend anyone that cares about cleanness or hygiene to come to this hotel. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable customer service . I had to sleep on a blanket …!

::Ideal place to stay in Tehran Surroundings are lovely. A bit expensive as it's 5 star hotel. Breakfast is good. Rooms are good. Food is good.
